One of the tools we use to streamline our business is Receipt Bank. Our clients simply drag and drop, email or use the Receipt Bank phone app to load their receipts and dockets into Receipt Bank. We take it from there.
Fully integrated with the client's MYOB or XERO software, we process the transactions in Receipt Bank. These are then published into MYOB or XERO data files.
We save time on travel and collecting paperwork. It is also a win for the client who has the security of knowing that all receipts are secured on-line and are kept for 7 years.
